If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it will make us a little sad, however simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please email [email protected] , stating your name, contact details, order number and date of purchase. Please advise which item(s) is/are to be returned. The team will then look after everything from there.
We ask that your return item(s) are shown some Saltie love right up until you give it to the postie, it should be suitably and considerately re-packaged. You must include any/all manufacturers labels/tags, information, instructions, warranty information, bags etc as supplied to you. Please take reasonable care of the item(s) you wish to return as we reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund and return the goods to you if they are not fit for re-sale.
Please ensure you include your order number and reason for returning.
Products must be in their original packaging, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
