Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@saltiesports.com or go straight to our returns portal to request your returns label. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: A1 Sports Group, Unit C2 Sampling Floor, Woodmead Road, Axminster, Devon, EX13 5PG, United Kingdom. 

If your return is accepted, you'll get a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@saltiesports.com.

Warranty
Saltie Sports warrants that all Saltie Sports products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of up to 3 years (depending on product) from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product.

Products covered under Warranty
Saltie Paddleboards – 3 years
Saltie Change Robes – 12 months
Saltie DryBags – 12 months

If a product is found to be defective by Saltie Sports, in its sole discretion, Saltie Sports only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

The warranty applies only to Saltie Sports products purchased from saltiesports.com or an authorised Saltie Sports Dealer and is valid for the original purchaser only. Transfers of warranty is not possible.

Saltie Sports assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
  • Damage caused by improper packing.
    Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos).
  • Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.
  • Damage to Saltie Sports products caused by non-Saltie Sports products.
  • Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Saltie Sports.

Repaired or replaced products are covered for up to 24 month period.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from Saltie Sports or an authorised Dealer.

Saltie Sports will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product.

Warranties and/or product replacements are only applicable/redeemable in the original country of purchase.
