Once you have placed an order, we will first have a little celebratory cheer in the warehouse, then your order will be fulfilled by our warehouse team. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details and any other relevant information regarding your order.

  • Standard Great Britain Delivery on orders under £40 – Next Working Day Delivery is £3.95.
  • Standard Great Britain Delivery on orders over £40 – FREE Next Working Day Delivery.
  • Standard Northern Ireland Delivery on orders under £40 – 2 Working Day Delivery is £5.95.
  • Standard Northern Ireland Delivery on orders over £40 – FREE 2 Working Day Delivery.
  • International Shipping – EU – Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are also shown at checkout and are typically around 3–6 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • International Shipping – USA & Rest of World – Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are also shown at checkout and vary by destination.

From 7 Sept 2026 - For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where available. Orders are then shipped using a duties-prepaid service, so customers should not normally have any additional import duties or taxes to pay on delivery.
Orders made prior to 7 Sept 2026 will be subject to duties and taxes at point of import.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Orders received by 12.30pm, Monday–Friday, are usually processed the same day.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday during normal working hours. Great Britain orders are normally sent for next working day delivery, with Northern Ireland typically taking 2 working days.

Orders submitted over a weekend or bank holiday would usually be dispatched the following working day.

Orders received after 12.30pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the following working day. However, where possible, we will always make every effort to process and dispatch your order the same day before our daily parcel collections.
